Many of us fear change. Change is scary                                                                               because the outcome is usually unknown. We try to keep things the same – our appearances, thinking, behaviors, activities, etc. – so we don’t have to feel any fear or anxiety stepping into the unknown. As hard as we may try to keep things the same, nothing is permanant. Everything is changing and shifting from the particles and anti-particles at the quantum level to the supernovae and black holes at the universal level.
